Sometimes to fix some issues, reinstall 3DSpace Index and then do full index will be adopted, while using this solution, please do not forget:

set system searchindex file /usr/DassaultSystemes/R2024x/3DSpace/Apps/BusinessProcessServices/V6R2024x/Modules/ENOFramework/AppInstall/Programs/config.xml

change the path according to different versions.

This is because after reinstall 3DSpace Index. the data model of sximodel will be empty

To reset the data model, we will need to set config file. after set config file , we can see that there are classes in sximodel:

Caution:

And if 3DSpaceIndex is Master and Slave mode. please ensure both services is up

because if slave service is not up, the set command just quickly ended and without through any error, but in fact , it did not set the data model.
